How do I get started?

Get started by creating an account. Create an account is easy and free. After creating your user account, you can chose a premium account at any time by clicking on the “Premium” button in your dashboard. You can also upgrade at any time by going to this webpage: https://pharmpsych.com/sites/premium-sites

Can I change my plan? Can I change my plan temporarily?

Yes, your account can be changed to either a monthly, seasonal, or yearly plan. In our opinion, monthly and seasonal plans are best for Continuing Education Seminars & Temporary Fundraisers. You can upgrade and downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, your new subscription is immediately available. When you downgrade, your account downgrades when the subscription that you are currently on expires. Your specific upgrade and downgrade plan will depend upon whether you chose a yearly, seasonal, or monthly plan.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal, credit card (through PayPal) and check or money order (mailed in). Please note that any payments processed through either check or money order will take 7 business days to process upon receipt. This delay may affect the setup of your continuing education.

Can I host a CE or web event?

Yes, you can host your CE or Web Event (e.g. Webinar) On PharmPsych Sites. Please contact us if you plan on having more than 100 members at the CE for a more customized solution.

Do you charge an additional fee for CE, fundraising, or selling products?

No. We do not charge an additional fee in any way shape or form for either CE, fundraising, or selling products.

Can I have more than 1 website?

Your maximum number of websites depends upon your account level.

Basic = 3     Premium I = 5     Premium II = 10     Premium III = 15

Does a group/community website, where people can create an account and make their own websites (e.g. Multi Blogs https://pharmpsych.com/sites/multi-blogs/) count as 1 website or does each blog count as a separate website?

The totality of the website itself counts as 1 website. We will not charge you more or force you to upgrade. We do not count Multi Blogs or Classroom Blogs or Community Sites as more than 1 website.

How many files can I upload?

You can upload as many files as you wish. However, the size of a file has certain limits depending on your account level:

Basic = 2 MB per file  Premium I = 10 MB per file

Premium II = 20 MB per file  Premium III = 100 MB per file

What is the maximum space of my account? That is, how much space can my account take up?

Your maximum account space depends upon your account level.

Basic = 1 GB     Premium I = 5 GB     Premium II = 10 GB     Premium III = 20 GB

Can I install a 3rd party application on my PharmPsych Sites website?

Please contact us prior to installing or attempting to install any 3rd party applications. Some applications are not supported by PharmPsych or may need customization.

What content management system (CMS) can I use?

Our team is well versed and experienced in content management systems (CMS). If you can name it, then we have probably used it in the past and can get it installed for you.

Our team has 20+ years of experience in technology. Our team also has 30+ years of experience in healthcare and education. Our unique experiences have enabled us to provide our customers with the technology services they need the most at virtually unbeatable prices.

Can I get a refund?

We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with our service(s). If there is anything that we can do to make things better for you or to encourage you to stay, please let us know by contacting us or opening a ticket with our Support Team in your account portal. Yes, you can get a refund at any time, through your account portal information. Please bear in mind that certain themes, plugins, and extensions do not transfer over to other hosts when you leave. You may have to purchase these themes and plugins out of pocket. When we issue a refund, your refund amount is prorated based upon the amount of time that you have left. For example, if you order a 12 month package, for $100, but request a refund at a time period of 6 months, you will be refunded $50.

Note: No refunds are given for customized projects or services. This includes customized design and coding.
