Representations and Warranties. All submissions are voluntary. By submitting an Article to Website, you represent and warrant that the Article is your original work, that the Article is not owned by any third party, that the Article is accurate, that the Article has not been obtained by unlawful means, that the Article has not been previously published in any manner or medium, or in the public domain, specifically including, but not limited to, print or electronic means, and that publication of the article by Website will not violate any copyright or other intellectual property right of any third party. You further warrant that no material infringes or violates any personal property rights or contains defamation, or invades anyone’s privacy.
Assignment and Ownership of Intellectual Property. You will retain the copyright in the article, notwithstanding the rights granted to Website as described below. Editing Rights. Website retains full editing rights of the article in terms of style. Website may choose to publish any or all articles submitted solely at its own discretion. Submission of an article does not obligate Website to publish the article.
Compensation. You acknowledge that compensation is in the form of self promotion. Submissions will not be compensated, financially or otherwise, for submissions to Website.
Advertisers. The Website may be advertiser and/or sponsor supported. You acknowledge that we may place ads near your content.

By submitting any information to Pharm Psych, you represent and warrant that such submission is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable. You also represent and warrant that such submission is accurate, is not confidential, and is not in violation of any contractual restrictions or other third party rights. You further agree to inform Pharm Psych in the event that any such information has changed since your submission to Site.
Information you reveal on the site is at your own discretion and it is encouraged that you not communicate to the Site and its Users any information the dissemination of which could be harmful to you.
Limitations of Liability. The Website takes no responsibility for any infringement of your copyright as a result of submission. You place your submissions on the Site at your own risk and any legal action to protect your interests is up to you.
Intellectual Property Policy. The Site respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users to do the same.
